Pursue Your Goals

We help individuals and families pursue their ideal retirements.

The team behind TreeceCo Financial is made up of qualified financial professionals who are passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their ideal retirements.

Charles “Tony” Treece

President and Founder

Tony was an entrepreneur from an early age, working at his grandpa’s service station in Concord starting at the age of 9. He saw the challenges retirees could face firsthand.

This led Tony into a career serving “America’s Greatest Generation.” Today, he focuses on helping his clients — both those in and nearing retirement — work toward a confident future using appropriate financial strategies.

As times and economic situations change, Tony generates innovative ideas to help clients have the financial independence they deserve. He believes integrity is the most important attribute a person can have and works hard to uphold that value as the president and founder of TreeceCo Financial.

Tony graduated from Northwest Cabarrus High School in 1976. He got his start in the financial services industry in 1984 after graduating from Hyles-Anderson College with a bachelor’s degree in pastoral theology.

He is an Investment Adviser Representative and holds life insurance licenses in multiple states, primarily serving residents and their families throughout the Southeast. He has passed the Series 65 securities exam and is a Certified Estate Planner. Tony is a member of the National Ethics Association and has been recognized by the Million Dollar Roundtable for distinction in the industry.

In his free time, Tony enjoys working out, being outside and spending quality time with his family. He and his wife, Donna, have been married for more than 40 years and are proud parents and grandparents. In the community, Tony is a board member of David Wood Ministries and is a member of Central Baptist Church in Kannapolis, North Carolina.

The National Ethics Association (NEA) is a paid membership organization. All NEA Background-Checked members have successfully passed the annual seven-year background checks for criminal, civil, and business violations in order to meet the membership standards. However, the association provides no guaranteed assurance or warranty of the character or competence of its members. Always make financial decisions on the basis of your own due diligence.
Million Dollar Round Table (“MDRT”) is a membership organization. Qualifying criteria for membership include attaining specified levels of commissions earned, premium paid or income earned on the sale of insurance and other financial products. The MDRT membership requires the payment of annual dues, compliance with ethical standards, and to be in good standing with an MDRT-approved Professional Association. There are 3 levels of membership which include standard membership, Court of the Table and Top of the Table. The MDRT logo and/or trademarks are property of their respective owners and no endorsement of Tony Treece or TreeceCo Financial is stated or implied.

Tim KushinskyDirector of Client Services

Tim has always had a knack for seeing things from multiple viewpoints. Using insight and being able to break complex problems and explain for varied audiences is where he thrives.

Early in life, his mother taught him that a single mother with no high school diploma would not be denied. She would instill in her son, old fashioned principles like the value of hard work and treating others as he wishes to be treated. His uncle, a small business owner in Charlotte, added to that the basics of starting, growing, and managing a business.

Tim has been working with Tony for over 15 years in a variety of roles. Tim has an IT degree from ECPI University and brings experience from leadership positions in a Fortune 500 company and as a management consultant with him to TreeceCo. With the “Golden Rule” in the forefront, he strives to bring the business sense he learned along the way to continue to be an integral part of the TreeceCo family.

Tim enjoys life outside of the office with his wife of over 22 years and three children, all of whom are or were proud members of the Pride of Robinson Marching Band. The Kushinsky family are all active members of Crossroads Church in Concord.
